Fractional Executives

Senior leadership, without the full-time commitment

Our fractional leaders embed inside your leadership team to drive execution and build systems that scale.

The challenge

The hire you cannot justify yet

You know you need senior operational talent — someone who takes ownership, drives execution and frees you from being the bottleneck. But a full-time C-suite hire is expensive, risky and slow.

Our fractional executives embed inside your team, attend your meetings, own your KPIs and carry the numbers — without the cost or the commitment of a full-time hire.

Why fractional works

  • No six-month recruitment process.
  • Flexible engagement, scaling up or down as your needs change.
  • Experienced operators who integrate with your existing systems.
  • Knowledge transfer built in. Your team should be able to run it without us.

Frequently asked questions

What is a fractional executive, and when should I hire one?
A fractional executive is a senior leader who works with you part-time, usually two to three days a week over six to twelve months. They come to your leadership meetings, carry KPIs, and build the internal capability to eventually replace themselves. Most founders opt for one when they know what leadership capacity is missing but cannot yet justify, afford, or find a full-time hire.
What does a fractional COO do?
They take ownership of day-to-day operational leadership on a part-time basis. They harmonize your major functions, run the operating rhythm, hold the leadership team to their commitments, and take you out of the critical path on execution, so that you can focus on vision, relationships and growth.
When should I hire fractional rather than full-time?
Fractional makes sense when you know the gap but the role is not yet a full-time job, when you need someone in seat quickly, or when you want proven senior judgment while you build toward a permanent hire. Full-time makes sense once the role is full and you have the systems to support it.
How long do fractional engagements last?
Most run three to six months. The goal is always to build internal capability, so a successful engagement ends with your team running the systems on their own.
