Most companies promote their best individual contributor, hand them a title, and hope. Field Ready is the programme we built because hoping is not a system.

What it is

A leadership onboarding certification for people stepping into their first leadership seat, and for the companies putting them there. It runs on Satori’s own curriculum and materials rather than a licensed third-party framework, which means it can be adapted to how your company works.

The 90-Day Leadership Field Manual — the practical companion for a leader’s first ninety days, and the entry point to everything else here.

The readiness check

A short diagnostic completed twice: once by the new leader, once by the person who promoted them. The gap between the two answers is the finding.

The programme

Cohort-based development through the first ninety days, with a re-check at day thirty to catch what has drifted.

The certification

A facilitator pathway, so companies and consultants can run Field Ready inside their own organisations.
