Your People Are Your Biggest Lever. Are You Using Them Well?
We use Gallup® Strengths, Kolbe™, and LEGO® Serious Play® to help you understand how your people are wired and build teams that actually work.
Great People, Real Tension
Most of the tension people feel at work isn’t about effort or motivation. It’s about not fully understanding how they, or the people around them, are wired. You and someone equally capable keep approaching the same problem completely differently, and neither of you knows why.
The problem usually isn’t talent. It’s fit. People in roles that don’t match their natural strengths burn out, underperform, and eventually leave. The cost shows up in lost productivity, team morale, and rehiring.
Strengths-based team development isn’t soft. It’s the most practical way to unlock performance you’re already paying for.
What Assessments Reveal
- ✓ Which roles are mismatched to strengths, and what to do about it
- ✓ Where your team is over-indexed and where it has critical gaps
- ✓ What’s causing friction, stalled decisions, and avoidance patterns
- ✓ Where your next hire should be strong to complement the existing team
- ✓ What’s driving turnover you can’t explain with exit interviews
Certified Assessment Frameworks
Gallup® CliftonStrengths
Shows you what you naturally pay attention to. Identifies each person’s top talent themes out of 34, explaining why people who agree on a goal still seem to speak different languages.
Kolbe™ Index
Shows you how you’re instinctively wired to take action. Not personality, not work ethic, but the part of you that explains why equally capable people approach the same problem completely differently.
LEGO® Serious Play®
Instead of talking about how the team works, people build it. A facilitated methodology where participants construct 3D models of team dynamics, surfacing what nobody has been able to say out loud.
Two Programs, Two Entry Points
Both programs are modular. You can start with one piece and decide from there. Nothing is locked upfront.

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions from Founder-Led Teams
What is the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment?
CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) is Gallup's assessment that identifies a person's top talent themes out of 34. Used by 90% of Fortune 500 companies, it reveals what people naturally do best so you can put them in roles where they'll thrive.
What is a Kolbe assessment?
The Kolbe Index measures instinctive action modes — how someone naturally takes action when free to be themselves. Unlike personality tests, Kolbe measures the conative (doing) part of the mind, making it critical for team composition and hiring.
What is LEGO Serious Play?
LEGO Serious Play is a facilitated methodology where participants build 3D models to represent ideas, dynamics, and challenges. Instead of talking about how a team works, people build it — and things that nobody has been able to say out loud for years tend to show up quickly. Satori uses it as a full-day diagnostic in the team program.
Gallup CliftonStrengths vs Kolbe — which should I use?
They measure different things and are complementary. CliftonStrengths identifies natural talents and potential. Kolbe identifies natural action modes and working style. Many teams benefit from using both — Gallup for development and coaching, Kolbe for team composition and hiring.
Personal program or team program — which should I start with?
Either one. The personal program (Express, Explore, Evolve) is ideal for individual leaders who want to understand their own wiring first. The team program (Uncover, Unpack, Upgrade) is for teams that need to work better together. Both are modular — you can start with a single step and decide from there. Nothing is locked upfront.
How do team health assessments help with hiring?
Assessments create a data-driven profile of your existing team's strengths and gaps. When hiring, you can identify which talent themes or action modes your team is missing and screen candidates accordingly, reducing mis-hires.
How long does a team health engagement take?
It depends on which program and how many steps you take. A single assessment debrief is a few hours. The full team program (Uncover, Unpack, Upgrade) runs over several months with monthly sessions. Results are immediate — teams report better communication from the first session.
