Your Team Gets Back to the Work Only They Can Do

AI agents handle the operational work that follows rules. Your people focus on the judgment calls that actually require judgment.

Where we start

The Pattern Is Always the Same

A person moves information from one place to another according to a set of rules. That is the work agents are built for. These are four places it shows up most often. It surfaces in every function, at every stage of growth.

Month-end still takes a week

Your finance team gets their weekends back.

An AI agent pulls the numbers, reconciles across sources, and produces the report on schedule. The close happens. Nobody drives it.

Everything needs your sign-off

Routine decisions stop sitting in your inbox.

An agent reads the request, applies your rules, and routes or resolves it. You see only what genuinely needs a judgment call.

Staff re-entering data across systems

Your team stops doing work that isn't actually their job.

The agent reads the source, interprets what it finds, and writes to the destination. Your people handle the exceptions the agent can't resolve.

Reports that contradict each other

One version of the truth. Every meeting.

When agents write to a single source of record, the numbers stay consistent across every system that reads from them.

Not sure if your workflow fits? The AI Readiness Diagnostic will tell you in five minutes.

How it works

From Diagnostic to Deployed

1

AI Readiness Diagnostic

Fifteen questions. Five minutes. You get a prioritized recommendation for which workflow to automate first, based on where your team is losing the most time right now.

2

Discovery Sprint

A half-day working session to map the target workflow end to end, identify your existing system integrations, and define what a successful outcome looks like. We scope the pilot before any build starts.

3

Build and Test

We design and deploy the agent against your real data and your real systems. Every decision point is documented. Edge cases are handled before handoff, not after.

4

Handoff and 30-Day Support

Your operations team learns to run and tune the workflow. No developers needed. We stay available for 30 days to handle anything that surfaces once it's running on live data.

What makes this different

AI That Does the Work So Your Team Can Do Theirs.

Most AI tools give your team a faster way to write, search, or summarize. Someone still has to ask the question, read the answer, and do something with it. The work doesn't go away. It just gets slightly easier.

AI Works builds processes that run on their own. The agent reads from a live source, applies the rules you define, and produces a completed result. Your team reviews the outcome. They don't run the process.

They used to move the data. Now they approve it.

Responds when asked Acts on a trigger or schedule
Output is text to act on Output is a completed task

AI Works FAQ

What is AI Works?

AI Works is Satori's practice for designing and deploying agentic workflows: AI that reads, decides, and acts across your existing tools. We build automations that handle real operational work so your team stops being the connector between systems and starts reviewing outcomes instead.

How is this different from using ChatGPT or Copilot?

Consumer AI tools make individuals more productive at typing. AI Works builds workflows that act autonomously across your business systems: reading from one source, applying judgment, and writing a completed result somewhere that matters. The process runs without a person in the loop for every step.

What kinds of processes does AI Works automate?

Any workflow where your team is following a consistent set of rules to move information from one place to another. Month-end closes, approval routing, compliance checks, data reconciliation, report generation, onboarding tasks. If the work is repetitive and rule-based, it is a candidate.

How do we know where to start?

We start with a 15-question AI Readiness Diagnostic that identifies which workflow is costing your team the most time right now. It takes five minutes and outputs a prioritized recommendation. From there, we scope a focused pilot around one process before expanding.

What does an AI Works engagement look like?

Most engagements start with a Discovery Sprint: a focused session to map the target workflow, identify integration points, and define what done looks like. From there, we design and build the agent, test it against your real data, and hand it off with documentation your team can operate. We stay on for 30 days to tune behavior in production.

Do we need a technical team to run this?

No. We build for teams without dedicated engineering resources. The agents we deploy are designed to be maintained by operations staff, not developers. We document every decision point in plain language and train your team during handoff.
