### Kolbe Index

- Project team composition
- Succession planning

The EOS framework for ensuring every seat in the accountability chart is filled by someone who Gets it, Wants it, and has the Capacity to do it. Satori uses CliftonStrengths and Kolbe data to make GWC evaluations more objective and evidence-based.
